REFG does not publish rates. The reason is that for us to give an accurate rate quote, REFG will have to make a detailed appraisal of one’s financial status. A lot of different elements are involved in a rate quote for a loan, such as the type of property, one’s credit score, the transation type, loan amount, etc.
An initial consultation that takes no more than thirty minutes generally yields enough information for us to quote you an accurate rate. By doing this we avoid the uncomfortable situation of being told a certain thing initially, only to be told something different later on. We believe it is best for all involved to quote as accurately as possible initially.
